| The I-10 Freeway
is part of a nationwide interstate transportation system.
What is illustrated on this webpage is the last segment to be
built completing the connec-tion between the USA east and west
costs. The curved wall patterns
on the first image and lower left image depict an abstract southwestern
step stair design. Behind the curved wall are the neighborhood
cul-de-sac street turn arounds. The lower middle image
represents the classic first ADOT vertical rustication patterns
often incorporated with most ADOT freeway designs. The
lower right image illustrates that a typical unsightly pump
station can be quite aesthetically pleasing and maintaining
